Scenario Modeler

(thus decreasing the rate of spend).

"Programs" View

The system supports the concept of "programs". The "programs" feature allows a
particular project or support effort to appear under multiple summarizations (by
"funding organization" or "application" for example). The project's cost can be
allocated among the applications or funding sources.T

"Scorecard" View

This type of view shows how each of the items in the portfolio is ranked against
various business drivers such as customer satisfaction, market share growth,
revenue, etc. A weighted ranking based on these factors is then calculated and
the scorecard view can show all efforts in priority order.

Work Item Planner

EPK-Suite's Work Item Planner is a web based tool for planning simple
projects and support activity. It includes the ability to define detail items,
set simple relationships between items, and assign resources to the items. It
also includes the ability to use "fragments" to quickly build a simple schedule
with reusable modules of Work Item logic.

This type of view shows key milestones for each Portfolio Item. The color and
shape of the milestone indicate the level of important of the milestone and its
schedule progress.
