Rapid Results approach to implementation
We believe customers implementing EPK-Suite should start seeing
worthwhile returns from their investment in a short time period, usually 6-8 weeks. A successful
implementation begins with the requirements gathering process. EPK-Suite is a
highly configurable system capable of meeting widely varying business needs and
processes. Getting the system configured to meet your organization's unique
requirements is the critical success factor.
We also believe in a phased approach to system implementation, rather than the
"big bang" alternative. Successful customers usually begin with one a more of
the functions shown below and then add new system capabilities on an incremental
basis.
